Each message you send has its time and its ticks: one grey tick, then two, then two blue ones once it is read. Turn read receipts off and they stay grey.

How do I make a fake WhatsApp chat?
Tap Start free or pick a template. Type the messages like a text, and tap Me or Them to switch sides. Set the name and photo of the contact and the line under the name, then save the chat as a PNG screenshot or as a video. No account is needed.
Is this WhatsApp chat generator free?
Yes. Screenshots are free PNG images with no watermark, and you can download as many as you like. Videos are free too, with a small watermark and a short end card.
What can a fake WhatsApp conversation show?
Text messages with their time and ticks, photos, voice messages, emoji reactions, big emoji on their own, date chips such as Today or Yesterday, the typing dots and the encryption notice, in dark or light mode. A video can start on an empty chat, or in the middle of a conversation that already has messages.
Can I change online, last seen and the blue ticks?
Yes. In Contact, choose what shows under the name: online, last seen today, last seen yesterday, with its time, or nothing. With read receipts on, your messages get two blue ticks once read; turn them off and the ticks stay grey.
Which sizes work for WhatsApp Status, stories and reels?
Story 9:16 for WhatsApp Status, stories and reels, Feed 4:5 and Square 1:1 for posts, all 1080 pixels wide. Screenshots are PNG images. Videos are MP4 with sound, or WebM on some browsers.
Can I change the time of the messages?
Yes. Give a date chip a time, like Today 9:41, and the messages under it take that time. Without one, the last messages take the time of the iPhone-style status bar, which you set in Settings, under Advanced, with the battery and the network.
