FAQ
Billing questions
What counts as a video?
One credit unlocks one conversation: the chat you are editing, with its profile. Export it as often as you like, in every format, without the watermark. A different chat, or the same chat with another person, is another conversation.
What is a small edit?
Fixing a typo, changing a word or two, adding or removing one message, swapping a photo, or changing one profile detail such as the name. These keep a conversation unlocked. A rewrite needs another credit.
How do I cancel Unlimited?
Open Account in the app, then Manage billing. You can cancel anytime: you keep Unlimited until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
A pack with no credit used is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. Unlimited is not refunded for part of a month, except where the law requires it. If an unlocked export does not work and we cannot fix it, we refund it. See the refund policy.
